How can Silent Kite help me?
Our team of experience account mangers will be able to assist you with your enquiry, whether you know exactly what you are looking for or need our guidance we will be with you every step of the way. Our order process is simple; contact us to receive a comprehensive quote. Reply with your order artwork and an account manager will contact you a visual and order confirmation. Upon receipt of artwork approval the job will be sent to production and delivered as agreed.
What are origination/set up charges?
Origination is the set up of the equipment for the job; it is an industry standard charge. Most items will be screen printed this means that a screen will need to be produced for each colour to be printed. In the case of embroidery a disk needs to be produced, this maps the artwork ready for embroidery. Foil blocking and die stamping are blocks of wood crafted to your design then used to brand the desired product.
How accurate will my colours be produced?
We will Endeavour to match the colours as accurately as possible using the pantone range, however, please note print colours and shades will vary depending on the material, surface and texture.
How should I provide artwork?
We can accept artwork in a majority of formats including EPS, PDF, Coral, Quark and Illustrator. If you don’t have camera ready artwork don’t worry we have an experienced team of artists that can prepare your artwork or design.
What if I need my goods in a hurry?
We understand that sometimes you need items in a hurry. To help we have a selection of products that are available in 2-5 days. Even if you think it is impossible please call.
When will my order be delivered?
Items have different delivery times, most items are available in around two weeks, however, some items may take a little longer. For those in a rush we have an express range of items that are in UK stock (please ask for details) When an order is placed your dedicated account manager will agree a delivery date and keep you informed every step of the way.
