Pricing

All prices are correct at time of going to press, but are subject to increases without notice owing to circumstances beyond Silent Kite's control.

Quantities

Personalised printed goods may be subject to 5% over/under run, and charged accordingly.

Liability

The Client shall be responsible for the suitability of goods in every way for the purpose for which they are intended. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time, there is no liability for delays occasioned by circumstances beyond Silent Kite's control. Any liability to the Client by Silent Kite shall be limited in total to the price of the goods. In the event of Silent Kite supplying incorrect or faulty goods, credit will only be given if the entire consignment is returned.

Carriage & vat

All prices are exclusive of postage, carriage/packaging and VAT.

Samples

Samples sent for inspection are considered ‘on loan' for a period of 30 days and may then be invoiced for. Samples of certain cheaper items may be provided free of charge.

Terms of payment

First order: payment with order. Orders thereafter: strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Title to the goods will not pass to the Client until payment in full is received.

Claims and acceptance

The Client must notify Silent Kite within seven days from delivery date of any matter they may allege that the goods are not in accordance with the contract. If the Client fails to give such notice it shall conclusively be determined that the goods are as to quality, number, weight and in all other respects in accordance with the contract and that the Client has accepted them. Goods are only returnable with our expressed agreement and will not be accepted back without prior arrangement.

Cancellations

If an order is cancelled after work has begun, the job will be charged for accordingly.

Product specification

Silent Kite reserves the right to alter design, material and product specification of any product without notice.

Logos and branding

All products displaying names or trademarks within the catalogue are not necessarily indicative of supply or endorsement by the owner of the trademark. They are merely representatives of what can be achieved with branded promotional merchandise.
